"This review is not about the state farm in allegan it is state farm in general. I had a water line leak and ruin some flooring in my house. The adjuster that came out was a complete moron. He measured my house all wrong took pics and still got the layout wrong. After a year of getting an estimate I was told that they do not cover the whole floor even though it is all laid down as one floor no breaks. The adjuster is the only one who said that the rooms separate the floor. Everyone else said that if the floor is all one it should be replaced as one. Not according to him he was very rude and not much help at all. Every question I had was met with I can do it like that and they can too. Now I am stuck with the little less than half of what it would cost to replace the whole floor like it should and have to do it myself. Needless to say I will not be using state farm for to much longer no need to pay for insurance that will not even fix your issue and tell you that is how it is tuff. I will fix my house for the little they gave me and let them go screw someone else and not me anymore. Once again not against the office for the company as a whole."
